Hey fellow bloggers, okay today we have decided to try Chinese Food with you guys! For you Muslims out there who has never tried Chinese Food because it's not Halal no worries. This is the Halal place for you.
Since it's just a branch, there's not many people here. So no crowds! Awesome right
When we first came, of course having rushed after class to here some of us haven't prayed Asr yet. Nisa RunningFood member #3 who has been here before assured us there was a surau nearby.
Mati mati we thought the surau was outside, but the Mohd Chan Logo's really ironic because there is a surau :D
To me, this is the first place I went to where there's a surau in the restaurant. I was very touched. May Allah bless this resturant...

So after solat-ing... we sat down and get down to business... EAT!
Since we were at a Chinese restaurant, of course we wanted to try Chinese Food. But when we opened the Menu, some of the food I wasn't really familiar with. This is when we realize the service was quite bad.
Most of the workers, I think are immigrants to cut cost (save budgetttt..), when we asked for a recommendation, he didn't know how to answer at all. So we asked an easier question, what does this taste like? Again... due to language barrier perhaps, he didn't know how to answer. For a very assertive person like me, it makes you question the integrity of the dishes. Although people say it's nice, now I'm starting to think it's not nice...

1. Nik Dayah = Kantonis Ying Yong
2. Atiqah = Nasi Ayam BBQ
3. Nisa = Nasi Masak "Sweet and Sour" Sotong

2. Aimi = puasa( we felt really bad )

Today's Mission was given after we had our dinner (Moderator: Running Food #2 Atiqah)
What they had to do was.... (drum roll please)
Eat Chinese Dumpling when they heard the word "Ding" in the song
Since there was four of us, we split into 2 teams
Team A: Atiqah and Kalia
Team B: Nisa and Dayah
Who over makes the most mistake, either not eating when they hear Ding or eating more than they're supposed to eat will be deducted marks accordingly.

Haha, the losers, were punished with a "Jentik" on the forehead.. oo0oooh hurts real bad.
As you can see from our brimming smiles, we had fun eating and playing missions together.

The guests are actually my roommate, and I really feel as if we got a lot more closer due to the laughter and teamwork encouraged from the missions.
